Services and surcharges

Services are installation, measuring, dismantling, delivery and everything else that gets into the customer's invoice as a separate line. Surcharges for operations are what makes the product itself more expensive from the inside and is not shown as a separate line.

The difference is simple: the customer sees a service in the document, a surcharge he does not.

Services#

Step 1. Create a service in the reference book#

Справочники → Услуги. Default amounts are set here: every new order takes them from here.

Press «Добавить услугу» and fill in three fields:

• Название — the way it should look in the commercial proposal.
• База пересчёта — how the amount scales with the actual products of the order.
• Цена по умолчанию or Ставка — the caption of the field changes depending on the base.

Recalculation bases#

The quantity of products is taken into account everywhere: two identical windows give twice as much area, sashes and metres.

Step 2. Recalculate the services in the order#

The order card → the block «Услуги».

A new order substitutes the amounts from the reference book. But at the moment the order is created there are no products in it yet — so for services with the base «за м²», «за створку» and similar the quantity will be zero.

When the items are added and calculated, press «Пересчитать услуги». The system will go through the calculated products of the order, collect the areas, perimeters and sashes and substitute the amounts.

What the recalculation does not touch#

• Lines that you edited by hand. If you changed the amount of a service manually, the recalculation will skip that line and leave your number — a manual edit is not overwritten by a recalculation.
• Services with the base «Фиксированная цена». There is no point in recalculating them — the amount does not depend on the products anyway.

What does not get into the recalculation#

Products with the status «Черновик» do not take part: they do not have calculated geometry yet. Calculate them and repeat the recalculation — otherwise the installation will not be calculated for the whole order.

A service with zero and a service with a minus#

• Zero — the line is not printed in the commercial proposal. Convenient for keeping the whole list of services in the order and filling in only the ones you need.
• Minus — a legitimate technique. A line with a negative amount works as a discount with its own caption: «Скидка постоянному клиенту −500». More on the page «Discounts».

Surcharges for operations#

Справочники → Доплаты.

These are fixed surcharges for technological operations. They go into the cost of the product together with the fitter's wage and logistics — they are not shown as a separate line in the document and affect the price through the markup, like everything else in the cost.

A value of 0 means the surcharge is not charged.

The cost factor is not multiplied into the surcharges: this is a flat cost of an operation, not material.

The company owner and the technologist are entitled to edit the surcharges. The others see the values but cannot change them.
