Notifications
The bell in the header of the cabinet. Through it WinSum tells you about what has changed not by your own will: the system catalogue has been updated, a factory has stopped producing a profile, support has replied.
Next to the bell stands the number of unread ones. A click opens the list; the «Все уведомления» (all notifications) link opens the full screen.
What they come about#

The first three arrive on their own, when the system catalogue changes. The rest are a reply to something that you or WinSum started.
«Что изменилось»#
Catalogue notifications have a «Что изменилось» (what has changed) button. It unfolds the breakdown: which materials exactly have gone up or down in price, what has been added, what has been withdrawn from production. The heading names the number — for example, «Изменились цены 12 материалов».
Several changes in a row on one subject are gathered by WinSum into a single notification — in the list this is visible from a caption of the kind «3 обновления». Otherwise, after a big price-list update, the bell would show a hundred rows about one and the same thing.
What can be done with the list#

An empty list is normal: «Уведомлений пока нет — здесь появятся изменения каталога материалов и объявления платформы».
If the list has not loaded#
Notifications live separately from the rest of the cabinet: orders and calculations work even when the list has not opened. The message «Не удалось загрузить уведомления» with the «Повторить» (retry) button is about the connection, not about lost data: the notifications have not gone anywhere.
The same goes for the "read" marks. If WinSum could not save them, you will see a plain warning: the marks will come back the next time the panel is opened. Marking them again is the only thing that will be needed.
Who sees them#
Notifications arrive for every employee of the company, not only for the owner: a catalogue change concerns both the manager who calculates an order and the technologist. The "read" marks are each person's own.
